The only practice in India built exclusively for listed companies.

For 20 years, Corporate Professionals has worked at the intersection of corporate law, capital markets, and regulatory practice. The R3 Practice is the natural extension of that work — a national specialist firm for the listed-company segment, end to end.

Our story

20 years. One focus.

Corporate Professionals was founded in 2003 with a simple thesis: corporate law, securities law, and capital markets practice were converging, and Indian companies needed an advisor that could move fluently across all three. Two decades later, we've delivered on that thesis across more than 5,000 mandates — and the R3 Practice is the most ambitious expression of it.

The Indian listed-company market is unlike any other. We have over 7,000 actively listed companies, several hundred suspended, several thousand delisted, and a continuous flow of distressed entities entering and exiting the IBC framework. Yet no national consulting firm has built a dedicated practice for this entire segment.

The R3 Practice fills that gap. R1 — Revival for suspended and Z-category companies. R2 — Resolution for delisted, distressed, and IBC-linked entities. R3 — Re-Listing for active companies executing capital-market transactions and ongoing governance work. One practice. One promoter relationship. The full lifecycle.

Our approach

How we work, differently.

i.

Diagnose first

Every engagement begins with a structured diagnostic. We don't pitch services until we understand the case. For most promoters, that diagnostic is free — via our online tools or a brief consultation.

ii.

Stage-wise execution

Listed-company work is inherently sequenced. We break engagements into clean stages — clean-up, filings, exchange dialogue, transaction execution — each with its own scope, deliverables, and fee.

iii.

Promoter-aligned

Where the situation allows, we offer success-linked components on revival, exit, or transaction outcomes. Our incentive should align with yours.
